【Challenge Cup Rehearsal-Practice-Meeting】

Yesterday morning we did a rehersal
for the upcoming Challenge Cup.
In the late afternoon there was practice
at the main Dojo (Nakateshima Dojo).
In the evening was a meeting with Joe Sensei
and Coach Yuki at Mahaku.
We discussed teaching methods and
directions for the fall program.
