幼稚園の時に入門したハルキも、今は中学３年生
その後、ハルキの頑張りを見て刺激を受けた
お父さんも一般部に入門
今では一般部で一緒に稽古をしています

ハルキも背が伸びて、組手も力強くなりました
親子の組手では、たまに良い技をもらって
お父さんが、「おっ、やるな!」と
思わずニヤリとすることも。。。

長く空手を続けていると
こんな楽しみもありますね!!

 

【Parent-Children Lesson!】

When Haruki entered our Dojo
he was just in preschool.
Currently he is a middle school student.

Watching his son work hard,
his father was inspired to join as well.
He entered in the general group
and continues to grow with us today.

Haruki’s height has also grown and
his grappling hands (“kumite”) also became stronger.

When they grapple each other,
Haruki will sometimes use a good technique
and catch his father off guard.
I have observed this kind of father-son
interaction where the father would grin
as if to take on his son’s challenge.

There are these wonderful and fun moments
as you grow and learn through karate.
