試合シーズンも終わったので、
この時期は、普段あまりやらない鍛錬や
技術練習も行っていきたいと思います。
この日は首相撲や、崩し合いをやりました。

伝統的な稽古鍛錬、ルールに捉われない
技術を学ぶことで空手のさらなる深さや
楽しみを味わってもらいたいですね。

今年は、29日の大掃除前の”プチ大掃除”を
何回かに分けて実施することにしました。

昨日は、一般部稽古後に、みんなが手伝ってくれました。

The tournament season has ended so this time
of the year I like to focus on techniques, skills,
and practices we usually don’t do.
Today we did “neck wrestling” and a “kuzushi”
game where one knocks the other off balance.
Through traditional practices and learning
not to get bound by rules, one can appreciate
karate at a deeper level.

Our Year-end cleaning is on the 29th,
but we are doing pre-cleanings a few times
to prepare for it. Yesterday, everyone helped
after the General Group class. Thank you all!
