昨日は京都で行われた
「第１２回若龍杯オープン空手道選手権大会」に
３名の拳士が出場

ハイレベルなフルコンタクトルールの試合では

①相手に効かせられる打撃力
②最後まで動きつづけられる体力
③打ち合いに怯むことのない精神力

この３つのポイントのいずれか(又は全て)を
出場した選手たちは、それぞれこれからの稽古の
課題として取り組み、さらなる高みを目指して行きましょう。

高校生女子の部　準優勝　チセ

Yesterday the “12th Jakuryu Cup Open Karate Championships”
was held in Kyoto and we had 3 participants from our Dojo.
An advanced full contact rules consist of:
1. An effective attack towards the opponent.
2. A lasting physical endurance until the end of the match.
3. An emotional endurance engaging in the match.
If our students had lacked any of the above rules,
I believe it is necessary to master them
in practices to achieve them.
