内藤先生の奥さん、ヒーコさんが昇段審査に挑戦

基本や型、約束組手、ミットに続いての
１０人連続組手は大変厳しいものでしたが、
最後まで心折れずに見事完遂黒帯の昇段を果たしました

子どもたちや内藤先生に続いて
自身も空手をやりたいと８年前に入門。

音楽活動に勤しむ文化系で
普通の主婦だったヒーコさんが、コツコツと稽古を続け、
厳しい試練を乗り越えての昇段は本当に立派だと思います。

これからも家族仲良く空手ロードを歩み続けてください。

8/26(Sat.) – General Group Placement/Advancement Examination

Naito Sensei’s wife Hiko san took
the advancement examination on Saturday.
From basics, form, pre-arranged sparring (“yakusoku kumite”)
to the mitt, she demonstrated against 10 people consecutively,
which is a difficult challenge, but I am happy to announce
that she has pulled through and advanced to a black belt.
Hiko san joined the Dojo 8 years ago following
her husband and watching the kids.
She’s an artsy type who works in the music industry
and a mother as well. From then to today,
she committed to practice and made small steps forward everyday.
Her achievement is truly commendable.
I hope she continues her Karate career alongside her family.
